§2 Automatic data collection
For technical reasons, the following data, among others, which your Internet browser transmits to us, is recorded:
– browser type and version
– operating system
– the website from which you visit us (Referrer URL)
– the website you are visiting
– date and time of your visit
– your Internet Protocoll (IP) adress
This anonymous data is stored separately from your personal data, which you may have provided to us, and will thus not allow any tracing back to a specific person. This data is evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website and services. After the evaluation, this data will be deleted.
§3 Inventory Data
Your personal data, to the extent that is necessary for the justification, the content development or the modification of the contractual relationshop (inventory data), is exclusively used for the handling of contracts. For example, if goods need to be delivered to you, your name and address have to be communicated to the supplier of those goods. We will not transfer your personal data to any third parties outside of the contract handling without your prior consent or without legal base.
By order of the responsible authorities, we will be permitted, in an individual case, to provide information on inventory data if this is necessary for causes of prosecution proceedings, to enable the police of the German federal states to prevent danger, to fulfill the statutory tasks of the constitution protection authorities of the German federal government, the German federal states, the Federal Intelligence Services or Military Intelligence, or to enforce intellectual property rights.
§4 Data usage
Your personal data, which is needed to facilitate exploitation of and billing for our offers (usage data), will be used exclusively to process the contracts. Falling into this category is information concerning user identification, information about the period and the scope of use as well as information about which telecommunication services you use. Usage data for accounting purposes (accounting data) can be passed on to other service providers or third parties, as long as the information is required to settle accounts with the user. After the full amount owed by the user is paid, all such usage and accounting data is deleted. If, due to legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, deletion is prohibited, data is blocked instead.
DIMABAY will not share or pass on the personal information of the users to a third party, unless the user gives his prior consent or we are legally obliged to pass on information. As far as the user has given his/her consent, he/she can revoke it at any time with effect for the future by means of a brief notification (email, fax, letter). The user will be explicitly informed about this right of revocation and the address, to which such a revocation has to be sent to, at the time he gives his consent.

§5 Information about cookies
So called cookies are used to recognize multiple use of one of our offers by the same user. Cookies are small text files which your browser files and stores on your computer. They are used to optimize our internet presence and our offers. These are so called “Session Cookies”, which are deleted immediately after the end of your visit on our website. No personal data is being collected via these cookies.
